Company Objective | 1. to operate an airline company, in particular: a. to acquire, possess, manage, correct, encumber, rent, let, freight and charter aircrafts, to finance and/or conclude lease agreements regarding aircrafts; b. to operate aircrafts in the widest sense of the word, intended for the transport of passengers as well as for freight; 2. the import and export of- and the trade in all sort of aircrafts parts, electronic and electric communication media, electronic navigational aids electronic location equipment, measuring and regulator apparatus and all other objects destined for the use in or on the aircraft. 3. the maintenance and repair of aircrafts; 4. to carry agencies for airline companies and aircraft manufacturers; 5. to invest its assets directly or indirectly in securities, such as shares and other certificates of participation and debentures, as well as in other interest-bearing claims, irrespective of their name, shape or form. 6. to contract, and to grant money loans and to give security for the fulfilment of the obligations of the corporation or of third parties. 7. to Invest its assets directly or indirectly in immovable goods and rights, to acquire, process, manage, rent, let, lease, lease out, parcel out, reclaim, develop, build upon/cultivate, alienate, burden and operate immovable properties, including immovable properties destined for agricultural and stockbreeding industry, and to construct roads, dikes, rail tracks and similar works on immovable properties, all of which situated outside Aruba. 8. to Conduct international trade outside Aruba and to export and import goods from and to countries outside Aruba. 9. Acquire: a.|proceeds resulting from the alienation or the waiving of the right of using copyrights, patents, patterns, secret processes of formulae, trademarks and similar matters. b.|royalties, including rentals with regard to films or in respect of the use of industrial, commercial or scientific installations, as well as with regard to the operation of a mine or quarry or any other immovable goods; c.|compensations for rendering technical aid. 10. to Acquire, mine, produce, process and manufacture and to trade in (including import and export of) raw materials, minerals and metals, semimanufactured and finished products of any nature and under any name whatsoever. 11. to Represent and protect the interests of third parties. 12. to Perform as principal, agent, commission agent, controller, manager and/or administrator whatever is related to the foregoing or that may be useful or necessary for that purpose. 13. The corporation is authorized to do all that may be useful for achieving its purpose or that is related thereto in the widest sense of the word, including to participate in any other enterprise or corporation regardless of its purpose. |
